Day 4: First Pediatrician Appointment

Katie did so good today at her first pediatrician appointment! We are proud. She barely cried, let the nurses take her weight, length, and head circumference, and let the doctor do his initial checkup without squirming too much.

She's up to 8 pounds, 4 ounces. 19.25 inches long. And head circumference of 13.75 inches.

Her doctor was surprised to see how well she is doing considering how early she was. No oxygen, monitors, medicines, etc.. Just a perfect little baby who we had to wait a bit longer before we could keep her :).

She went to bed tonight pretty early, so we got her up and fed her around 1:20. She pretty much slept through the whole feed, burped, and let me lay her back down without protest.
